How to use

Administered product as directed for a week and itching, lesions and hair loss are worse. Am not using any essential oils that could be negating the efficacy of the homeopathics. Reached out to customer service but no reply. This was a very expensive experiment as I purchased the optimal skin at peace kit for over $200.

We also tried to reach out to you on the phone but unfortunately your voicemail box is full and doesn't accept new messages. We'd like to reassure you that at times, a temporary intensification of the symptoms may occur when homeopathic products are given. The intensification of the symptoms is a good sign that the product is well chosen and that the vital force of the patient is strong enough to begin the healing process. Usually, the aggravation should not last more than a few hours (acute diseases) to a few days (chronic disease). Please remember that natural products often take longer to take full effect than allopathic medication since they start their work from deep within the body, and at first these changes are not immediately perceptible. We understand that you are anxious to see results and we hope you will see improvements very soon. Please give the products time to work...

My 12 yr old Shih Tzu has been taking this kit for 10 days and he is still itching.
Although not as much nevertheless he is still scratching. I know we must give it time
but the number of products given by food and or water per day are much and I was
hopeful to see a extreme difference in almost 14 days. Thank you!
