Delivery Locations
Zumalka ships to the USA and to most parts of the world.

We have partnered with Canada Post and DHL to bring you the most reliable shipping service.
Order Processing
All online orders are shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) of being received, with the exception of holidays. Please note that whether you choose regular shipping or express shipping, your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships. Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details (if applies) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
All orders delivered within the USA automatically have a tracking number. For International orders, only Express Shipping options will have a tracking number. If your order has not arrived please contact our Customer Happiness team for tracking assistance at support@zumalka.com
Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, an order's delivery might be prolonged due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include issues with the delivery company, weather, customs processing, etc. While it certainly is our responsibility to get your order to you as soon as possible, we cannot take responsibility for possible delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and please know we are always here to assist you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
When you place an order with Zumalka.com, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be imported to the destination country within the law.
The order recipient takes responsibility as the importer. As such, they must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Understand that orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. These are determined by the destination country, and so they vary by destination. The recipient of this order may be required to pay additional fees for customs clearance. Unfortunately, customs fees, duties and taxes are out of our control and we cannot predict what they will be. These fees can vary a great deal among countries. If you would like more information, contact your local customs office.
We cannot be held responsible if customs detains or destroys a package and cannot issue a refund in this case. If this happens, we will make every effort to have customs return the package to us, so we may issue a refund, but we cannot make any guarantees.
Note: The customs process may delay shipments and we have no control over this. If your shipment is delayed due to customs, you may contact your local customs office for more information.
As your shipment passes through customs, it may also be subject to opening and inspection.
We may provide order, shipment and product information to our international carriers, and those carriers may share this information with customs authorities.
Important Shipping Notice
We are not responsible for missing or stolen items after an order is marked as delivered by the shipping company.
Cancellations
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Happiness team as soon as possible. Learn how to contact us here.
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.
Errors In Shipping Address
If you realize that you made a mistake in the shipping address and your order is not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try and change it before it is packaged and shipped out. If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any address changes for you.
Damaged Package
We do our very best to ensure all our orders are packaged in a secure way. However, despite all our efforts, once the package leaves our facility we have no control over how the package is handled or its condition along the way. If you receive a package that is damaged, please check that all products are ok. If there is a break, FIRST thing to do is contact the shipping company. Then, please let us know of the situation including a picture and your order number. We will do everything in our power to remedy the situation.
Lost Package
We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number to be able to have a delivery confirmation from the shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages as the shipping company is responsible to deliver the package. However, if there is a loss, contact the shipping company FIRST, then, let us know of the situation including your order number.
Confirmed Delivery, But No Package Received
In some very rare cases, delivery will be confirmed by the postal company and yet clients have no package. If this happens, please make sure to look in all possible delivery points for your address (porch, neighbors, front desk ect.). If you find nothing, it is possible the postal person left a note that has gone astray OR mis-scanned your package. We are not responsible for missing, or stolen items after an order is marked as delivered. Please visit or call your local post office with your tracking number for more details. Most likely your package will be delivered in the coming days.
