Yes, we do for most countries!  Shipping options for your address will appear during the checkout process.

No, all shipping delays are approximates provided by the courier service provider.

**Please note that deliveries shipped internationally may be delayed at the border for an extended time by Customs and they may charge a fee. This delay and fee are random and not all parcels are stopped or charged.

This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If you still find nothing, the postmaster may have left you a notice for pickup that has been lost. Try visiting your local post office with your tracking number and see if there have your package there waiting for you. If your package still hasn't turned up in 3 more days, please contact us.

Please note that delivery times are often slower during Holidays. Parcels may take longer than expected to arrive. Usually the parcels are shipped out on the next business day after a Holiday (when postal services are closed as well) Thank you for your understanding.

Please be assured that we NEVER charge recurring fees and never keep your credit card information on file either. You may want to check with your financial institution why this was printed on your statement.

Because our business practices are entered into and executed in the USA, and the majority of our business is carried out in the USA or other international countries, we bill in USD.  This is the most worldwide used currency for all our international pet parents.

Our services are Canadian based - our web servers and business offices are in Quebec, Canada. We are a Canadian business doing business in Canada - therefore we need to collect and pay taxes as per Canadian law. Only Canadians need to pay GST and PST because they live in Canada. Everyone else in the world does not have to pay Canadian taxes on our services. The majority of our clients are American or from different countries worldwide. Canadians are a very small percentage of our client base. We use the US dollar as the measure of exchange to better serve the majority of our clients. Since we collect payments from Canadians in US dollars, we still need to collect taxes at Canadian % rates on those US dollars and then submit the taxes collected (converted to Canadian equivalent amounts) to the Canadian governments.

The security of such transactions are optimized via the payment gateway which are 100% safe and encrypted by a 128-bit SSL certificate. Note the appearance of the “s” in the URL (“https://”) upon adding an item to your shopping cart. The “s” signifies the transition to the secure section of the website. Note also the appearance of a small padlock at the bottom of your screen (PC). We use the same quality of data encryption as banks.

Possibilities are:

1. Your credit card number, expiration date or verification code are not entered correctly. The verification code (or CVV) is a physical signature for the actual credit card you are holding and it will change when you receive a new card (with a new expiration date, etc.).  Please make sure you enter the correct CVV or verification code for your new card.

2. Your address is not entered exactly as it appears in your billing statements. You should contact your credit card company to make sure all addresses associated with your account are correct.

3. If you are still unable to complete a credit card transaction, please try using a different credit card.
